This is Ducky, a wiggly, tail-wagging, happy girl puppy. She is about nine months old and came to our shelter as a stray, so not much is known about her, but she has shown the shelter staff that she is friendly, happy-go-lucky, gentle, and smart! She knows how to sit, shake hands, and loves to show it off. Submitted by the Josephine County Oregon Animal Shelter.
Rhodesian Ridgeback and Something-or-Other Mix Haley has been with us at the shelter for a bit. Her awesome “Doggy Day Out” friends have told us that she loves beaches, car rides, chasing pigeons and enjoying a patio lunch. She’s now ready for a forever home of her own. If you’re looking for the perfect pooch pal, she’s ready for everything. Submitted by Humane Society Silicon Valley.
Gandalf is a two year old Great Pyrenees mix who just arrived at the shelter. He’s a bit thin at the moment at only 60 lbs. He’s a very sweet and affectionate guy who has all the best attributes of this Gentle Giant breed. Submitted by the Humane Society of Morgan County Georgia.
Sweet little Ali is a four month old girl who was found in a bad situation, but she’s safe with us now at the shelter. She is great with other dogs. With that face she’s not going to be here long! Submitted by Petaluma Pet Pals.
“Look! I have a ball! And it is the best ball ever. We must play with it… right now. And then when we’re done playing we should probably go for a hike. Or a run. How about a run? Then we can play ball again. Did I mention this is the best ball ever?” Lilo is a nine month old Australian Shepherd Mix with the energy of an endurance athlete with a Red Bull addiction. Like most herding breeds, she lives for work and play and not so much for the relaxing. If you’re always on the go and want a workout partner who will never let you go slack off, she’s your gal. She’s an exuberant girl who loves life and just might steal your heart. Submitted by Humane Society Silicon Valley.
Baby is a hiking champ, loves to ride in the car, and is a cuddle monster. She is great with kids and loves to play. Like, seriously loves to play. She is ten years old and looking for a new home. Submitted by Humane Society Silicon Valley.
Stevie is a ten week old German Shepherd and American Staffordshire Terrier mix who is currently with a foster family. Her foster mom said she was going to be a diva, so she named her Stevie after the great singer, Stevie Nicks! Submitted by Humane Society Silicon Valley.
This is Moose, a super sweet guy. He loves people and hanging out with everyone. He is pretty easy going and will probably fit in well with most any family. He’s ready to find a home! Submitted by the Humane Society of Morgan County Georgia.
This is Pecan. Is it possible that something could be sweeter and cuter than this little girl? If you’ve been following along for the last few days, then you have also seen her siblings: Walnut, Almond, and Cashew. Their mother is a Chocolate Lab named Chestnut. Submitted by the Humane Society of Morgan County Georgia.
This is Chestnut, the mother of the family…
Congratulations to Chestnut, who was adopted just yesterday…
