Ivy the Yorkshire Terrier

Ivy the Yorkshire Terrier

I have 12 week old purebred yorkie puppies I’m having to rehome. They are super energetic and playful. They love cuddles, going on car rides, water, and absolutely love being outside. I’ve named her Ivy but feel free to change her name I don’t think she’s really learned it yet. I’m sad to have to find a new home but personal reasons are forcing it. If you live in the Philadelphia area and would like more information, call (215) 693-3905. Submitted by Blake L.

Simon the Labrador, Hound Mix

Simon the Labrador, Hound Mix

This is Simon. He is a 12 year old Hound, Lab mix, we think. I took this picture of him doing his daily roll down the hill by our house in Chesapeake, Virginia.
We adopted him from a rescue group. He had been found out on his own and way too skinny, along with a lot of injuries and other problems. But he is with us now and he is a delight! Submitted by Peggy A.

Phineas the Australian Cattle Dog Mix

Phineas the Australian Cattle Dog Mix

This is Phineas and he’s more fun than a barrel full of monkeys! He loves to play and be outside spending time in the yard with people. He’s learning all about manners. One thing he knows is that if you put your bottom on the ground, people will put a treat in your mouth. Submitted by the Humane Society of Morgan County, Georgia.

Phineas finds family

Update from Phineas’ Mom: Just wanted to share that Phineas is such a sweet boy and we are having a blast with him. Since we adopted him a few weeks ago, he is learning something new everyday. He has brought so much joy to our household and makes us laugh with his kid-like personality. He totally soaks up his time playing outside with our little girl and her friends and the neighbor’s dogs. We feel so lucky to have stumbled across this sweet guy!

Viva the Scottish Terrier

Viva the Scottish Terrier

Viva is a very active two year old, very fond of walking and playing. Scottish Terriers are known to be independent and intelligent. The breed enjoys the title of family dog, but they are in essence a working dog and are much happier with a job to do, even if it’s just simple tricks. Scotties may take a while to warm up to a new person, but when they do it will be for life. Submitted by Janis.
