Adorable Pepper is looking for her forever family. She is four months old and currently in a foster home. She is good with other dogs and kids. We think she is a Shepherd, Border Collie mix, or maybe a Cattle Dog. She’s going to be a big dog. She has tons of puppy energy and would do best in an active home with an active puppy-tolerant playmate. Submitted by Petaluma Pet Pals.
Rocky is a Yorkshire Terrier, Poodle mix. He has a pile of about 20 socks under my mom and dad’s bed. He is totally obsessed with socks. Also, he does a weird thing with his dog treats. When we give him one that he really likes he puts it on the floor backs up a few feet and then stalks it. He sneaks up on his treat then pounces on it like a panther. He does this with his kibble sometimes, too. Submitted by Jake.
Bodie Brown is the sweetest Boston Terrier ever. He loves his best friend and brother, Bolt Brown, who is a snowshoe kitty. They wrestle and play chase daily, normally with Bolt chasing Bodie. Bodie is a Mama’s boy and goes everywhere with me. He goes to doggie camp a few days a week to see all his friends and goes to work with his Mom the other days. The entire office is in love with him. His face and his personality are the cutest and I wanted to share. Submitted by Juliann B.
Sophie is an eight year old Cavapoo, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Poodle mix. Even though she’s old she still has the playful spirit of a puppy. Her favorite things are her tennis ball, going on walks, and her family. Every day she waits for us to get home and looks out the window from the top of dining table. She loves fuzzy blankets and sleeping in our laps. Submitted by Allison C.
My dog is a beautiful nine week old baby girl! Her name is Indigo and she is a Great Pyrenees. She loves to play all day, she hates car rides, she loves treats, she comes running up to you every time she sees you, she loves playing with other dogs, and she loves to cuddle up to her owners. We also recently found out she loves the snow, so here are some pictures of her in the snow. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do! Submitted by Ashlyn F.
Our brand new puppy’s name is Aslan. We kept saying he was like a little lion, so we looked up the Turkish word for Lion (the breed is from Turkey) and it’s Aslan. Interesting that C.S. Lewis used that name for the lion in the Narnia books. Today he actually fell asleep with a chew toy in his mouth! Aslan is very sweet, smart, he learns quickly – the first time we went for our walk he scaled a fallen log to reach me, the next time he went around, and a third time when I climbed over the log to get him to follow me, he still went around! He’s teething and will chew on anything he comes into contact with, no discrimination. Sometimes he thinks hands, arms and legs are his chew toys. Ouch! But he is getting to know the word “No.” And his paws are huge. He’s going to be a big boy. Submitted by Danna P.
Maggie is 12 years old. She is from Greenwich CT, and we adopted her from a shelter. She loves anything human, especially food! She will do anything for food, especially bones. She loves being chased and gives the best snuggles and kisses. She licks you and knows how to sit and give her paw for a handshake. She doesn’t like the water but she loves the beach, especially Tods Point. She is the friendliest dog you’ll ever meet who loves to be rubbed and pet. She will not leave you unless you pet her. My dog’s name is Sammy, and she is a seven year old Bichon, Yorkie mix. Even at seven she is a wild one and loves to run around and take long walks. She also loves to cuddle and is the smartest dog I’ve ever met. She loves to let us know when she needs food and water. She is my best friend! Please feature her on your emails… she will love it! My name is Madison and I took this photo of my boy Kaito. He is a ten month old miniature Australian Shepherd. Originally he was red Merle in color, but now he seems to change from blue merle to red merle depending on the lighting. He loves to be held like a baby, and loves any attention he can get. He is very sweet to everyone he meets. In fact, he’s more interested in the humans than the dogs at the dog park. Submitted by Madison D.
This is Molly. She’s an 11 year old English Bulldog. Here she is contemplating the meaning of life. Molly is stubborn and doesn’t do much, kind of like a starfish. Although it’s good because she allows me to take pictures of her, groom her, and “dress her up” very cute like she’s my kid! Submitted by Hollie W.
