Photo Submission Policy

By sending us your photos you are asserting that you are the owner of or have adequate copyright permissions for all photos sent. You also give us permission to use your photos on our website, in our emails, and in our own promotional materials. Photos used in the photo gallery on our website and/or sent to our member list via our daily email may include any information you send us along with the photo. Please note that we do not use members’ full last names anywhere. If at any time you would like us to restrict the use (as described above) of any photos or personal information you have sent us, just let us know by emailing us at abby@dogperday.com.
